Heavenly Father, we praise You for Your unwavering goodness, faithfulness, and sovereign power over the earth, even in the midst of trembling ground. In this urgent crisis shaking **Indonesia**—with the powerful 7.4 magnitude quake in the **Molucca Sea** prompting tsunami alerts now lifted, as emergency teams assess damage and monitor aftershocks—and **Vanuatu**, we cry out to Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Comfort all directly affected, grieving families who lost loved ones or search for the missing, the injured in medical care, scared and traumatized children, tireless rescue workers and first responders, medical teams, government leaders coordinating responses, and communities uniting to help. As You promise in Psalm 46:1, be our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. We end with hope rooted in Christ. In Jesus-Christ's name we pray. Amen!
